Custom Rug Policy
Each rug is handmade and created specifically for you. Because every project is custom-made, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
If requested, progress photos and design updates can be shared throughout production so adjustments can be discussed and made before the rug is completed.
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not offered once production has started. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. In cases of significant dissatisfaction, we will review the situation and may offer a discount or credit toward a future project at our discretion.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that handmade items may contain slight variations that contribute to the uniqueness and character of the finished piece.
I’m a great place to add more information about your shipping methods, packaging, and cost.
Providing straightforward information about your shipping policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy from you with confidence.
