Each rug is handmade and created specifically for you. Because every project is custom-made, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
If requested, progress photos and design updates can be shared throughout production so adjustments can be discussed and made before the rug is completed.
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not offered once production has started. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. In cases of significant dissatisfaction, we will review the situation and may offer a discount or credit toward a future project at our discretion.
